What is expected of this role:
- Provide management and guidance to the application support team
- Work alongside the team to build relationships with clientele, providing continuous first-class support across the software
- Aid with the management of projects for large enterprise clients
- Prior experience managing or leading an application support team
- Experience with project management and understand project management principles.
- Experience as the escalation point, being able to delegate work accordingly and assist where needed.
- Work alongside senior leaders to understand the organisational goals and work towards achieving continued success.
