Job Description
- Understand, capture and document requirements by working with general managers and executives
- Work with the Product Owner to build and prioritise the Product Backlog
- Work with the development team to produce as-build solution documentation and maintain requirements trace-ability
- Document key decisions, known issues and work with business stakeholders to ensure impacts are understood and approaches agreed
- Support development and test teams in validating build increments
- Work with the Project Manager, Scrum Master and stream leads on increment scheduling and planning
- Experience as a Business Analyst on large BI projects
- Experience working with stakeholders and the ability to build trust and rapport
- Experience working on Agile projects
- Experience at facilitating workshops for requirements gathering
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Dedication to the success of the projects we work on, a focus on detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
- Experience working with Product Owners in an interactive product development process to develop and prioritise requirements
- Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence/Jira) or similar
- An understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality
- An understanding of Kimball Data Modelling and Power BI or similar tools
- Sufficient SQL skills to analyse data and perform requirement validation tests
