This is a rare opportunity for a digital specialist to join this leading Sydney agency. Your role will be to help one of the world's biggest brands drive further brand engagement and growth in the Australian market, by providing subject-matter expertise and providing strategic advice on CRM and CX, along with maintaining the client relationship.
The agency specialises in CRM and CX, and forms part of a global creative group which currently leads this global brand's work across North America, Europe and the Australia/NZ region. This is one of the industry's most celebrated and longstanding global client-agency partnerships.

Day to day, your role has two goals: lead the relationship with the clients' CRM and digital comms teams, and drive the overall CRM/CX strategy.

You'll be working across both campaign projects and always-on channels, ranging from seasonal/promotional EDM campaigns through to researching broader consumer trends and interrogating customer data to find new opportunities.
