Their expertise spans across all digital performance channels as well as all the foundations an eCommerce business requires.
Purpose of position:  
The Facebook Ads Specialist is in charge of executing ONLY Facebook Ad Campaigns for our partners. You will lead the FB Ads experimentation process by helping the Growth Team test different hypotheses, run and optimise campaign performance and deliver market and audience insights to the team.
Key responsibilities:
  • Own the growth targets for the FB channel for our partners
  • Gain a deep understanding of the Partner’s business context and objectives
  • Collaborate with the Growth Team to develop FB ads experiments that test agreed hypotheses
  • Work with creative team to communicate best performing creative for conversion
  • Execute campaigns in FB Ads manager using multi-layered conversion funnels that align with other marketing channels and customer LTV
  • Perform quantitative analysis of results and present the performance to the team
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to optimise the BAU campaigns on an ongoing basis
  • Manage the planning and execution efforts of FB ad activities
  • Lead the FB ads management process itself, by documenting channel specific hypotheses, channel specific experiments, etc.
  • Execute and manage the experiments (some examples of what this may include: Setting up A/B tests to decide what type of creative works best for an audience, etc.)
  • Execute and Maintain an evergreen advertising funnel
  • Report and present the learnings from the experiments internally
  • Report and present improvements internally
  • Drive the iteration process for continuous and consistent experimentation
  • Champion FB ad optimisation best practices internally and for partners
  • Keep ahead of the curve and deliver best in class FB ad activities for our partners
  • Work in collaboration with the CIA to build out a best practice process and strategy that will drive significant revenue for investment partners and Digi_Vest
  • Lead the development of the FB platform strategy in accordance with organisational goals.
  • Own FB channel real time reporting by partners alongside the development of channel insights to add value across all investment partners bottom line
  • Manage suppliers or internal resources to develop copy that helps guide a prospect through the marketing funnel, whilst building CRM
  • Managing the workflow and deliverables against the agreed timeline for all FB assets
  • Produce marketing copy for FB campaigns for partners
  • Participate in professional development activities to maintain professional currency and enhance skills
  • Take responsibility for identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives and for driving and supporting change
  • Direct experience with tools/platforms such as FB Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Wordpress,
  • Highly numerical and data driven
  • Proficient with FB’s ad reporting tools
  • Knowledge and interest in statistical analysis and experiment design
  • Ability to work with and analyse marketing data sets
  • Basic HTML/CSS/JS highly desirable
  • Basic graphic editing skills to be able to modify graphics if needed
  • Good copywriting skills and comms, confidence with writing copy is highly desirable!
  • 3 - 5 years in doing FB ads for scale
  • Performance and results-oriented
  • A/B testing and MVT experience
  • An understanding of user experience across the entire user lifecycle beyond acquisition
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Deep understanding of social networks, ad networks, digital products and user behaviour
  • Digital agency experience is desirable, capable of working concurrently on several projects
  • Logical thinker
  • Ability to pivot
  • Experience in the management of offshore staff
